Cancellation Policy

I understand plans can change, and I’ll always help where I can. For fairness and to protect my small business my policy is:

7 days - 48 hours prior

7 days or more before your booking starts a full refund will be provided.
2–6 days before your booking starts a 50% refund will be provided.
Within 48 hours of your booking start date, or once the booking has begun, Unfortunately, no refund can be given.

Why Do I Have This Policy?

When you book with me, you’re securing a place set aside just for you and your cats. I hold that slot exclusively for your family, and no one else.

I turn away other enquiries

At busy times – including holidays and summer – we often reach full capacity. Once your booking is confirmed, we regularly have to decline requests for the same dates.

Short-notice gaps are hard to fill

Cancellations at the last minute can rarely be reallocated, meaning we lose both the opportunity to help other cats and the income allocated to cover our care and travel costs.
